Our Story
LingoAfrica was founded by two African parents who share a deep love and respect for Africa’s linguistic heritage. Inspired by the need to pass on our native language to our two sons and other children who live in the diaspora, we set out to find a community of other parents who shared this same value. We made connections with teachers who teach the native language and created a group lesson for our children.
We believe that languages are not just a means of communication but also carriers of history, tradition, and identity. With this belief as our guiding principle, we embarked on a journey to create a digital space that would serve as a valuable resource for anyone interested in African languages.
